Some of the items were things I had vague aspirations to actually do (the cats one, especially that one....). Some are making me wonder if I was entirely sober at the time of writing.
The interesting thing is how many of them that I have actually done.
I'm sure many of these were just blue sky ideas that had you asked me if I'd actually do them, I'd have laughed at you. But I have come to realise that almost anything is possible. If you just sit back and let these dreams just stay written on the piece of paper, that's all they'll be - dreams. It's all about taking action.
It's about taking the first steps towards that scary stuff. The most scary thing I could think of back then was getting up in front of a big group of people and teaching them an aerobics routine (hmm, come to think of it, that's still pretty scary....). I don't have shed-loads of self-belief. I just have a go at things and see what happens. I take action.
Make your list. Do it now.
