Eva has just given me an advert for running club that she made.  Here it is.

This unique running group tests your running strength and ability.  You will be able to visit different places all over the village, you can be garranteed to make lots of friends!  Some people don't like running, and if they find a group that they want to join they might not decide to join it because they start to worrie about finding someone who runs at the same speed as them.  With this group you will deffinately find someone who runs at the same speed as you.  So why not come along and see what you think.  The best bit is that it is appropriate for all ages!  So come on get up of your sofa and come and have a go!
Not being one to miss an opportunity, here's some details:

Tuesday 6:30pm, The Exhibition, Over - coached session.
Weds, 6:30pm, Swavesey Sports Centre - endurance session.
Thursday, 6:30pm, Cottenham Village Green - coached session.
Saturday 3:30pm, meeting points vary - endurance session.
Sunday 10am, The Exhibitiom, Over - coached session.

Our coached sessions focus on speed, strength and technique, and are planned and delivered by our team of UK Athletics coaches, personal trainers and run leaders.  These are different each week.

The endurance sessions are what they sound - 'just' running.  Usually 5 - 6 miles on Weds, from 5k upwards on Saturday.  All speeds welcome, dogs and kids too!  The coaching team will usually be present, and will usually plan the routes, but these are predominantly social runs to have some fun and explore a bit!

Endurance sessions are free.  Coached sessions cost £15 per 5 week term (one per week) or £25 (unlimited sessions).  Drop in places are available too at £4.  Free trials available at all times!

We're a friendly group of all ages and abilities, and we don't take ourselves too seriously.  Come and have a go!
