Over and Cottenham Beginner Runners

We launched our beginners program yesterday and got a HUGE turnout!  Well done to all the keen soon-to-be-runners, keep doing the 'homework' and you'll be running 5k in 8 weeks.  Photos to follow!

As well as the free training sessions, you get a full 8 week program and support from UK Athletics running leaders and coaches.  There's a closed Facebook group to discuss the sessions too.

We're looking to do another complete beginners program in January, so do sign up if you'd like a place.
