I am qualified up to REPs level 4 and teach the following activities:
Aerobics (any style) Gym Step Aqua (deep or shallow) Bums+Tums/Toning Spinning/Studio Cycling Studio Resistance (BodyMax, Pump etc) Boxercise 50+ exercise to music Chair based exercise Strength and Balance (OTAGO) Strength and Balance + (PSI) I am also a registered running leader with UK Athletics as part of the RunEngland program, and a YMCA Assessor. I am fully insured with REPs, and have CRB checks for children and vulnerable adults. I am available for cover and permanent classes.
