Aerobics (any style) Gym Running coaching Step Personal Training Pilates Nutrition Aqua (deep or shallow) Bums+Tums/Toning Spinning/Studio Cycling Kettlebells Pre and post natal. Exercise referral. Studio Resistance (BodyMax, Pump etc) Boxercise 50+ exercise to music Chair based exercise Strength and Balance (OTAGO) Strength and Balance + (PSI) I am also a registered running coach with UK Athletics, a sports massage therapist and a YMCA Assessor.
