I'm a personal trainer qualified to REPs level 4 and teach the following activities:
Aerobics (any style)
Aqua (deep or shallow)
Pre and post natal.
Studio Resistance (BodyMax, Pump etc)
50+ exercise to music
Chair based exercise
Strength and Balance (OTAGO)
Strength and Balance + (PSI)
I am also a registered running coach with UK Athletics, a sports massage therapist and a YMCA Assessor. I am fully insured with REPs, and have CRB checks for children and vulnerable adults.
