Aerobics

A combination of fun moves to work your body and burn calories.  Both high and low impact options offered.  The class ends with a floor section which works on different areas each week.  The routine changes every 6-8 weeks and uses themes and current trends from music and film to keep you interested!

BodyMax

A studio resistance class with a whole body approach using free weights.  Not for the faint-hearted!  The sets of exercises change every 8 weeks and each routine will have a particular focus based around the class requests.

Bums, Legs and Tums

Using bodyweight exercises and floor work, this class concentrates on those problem areas.  Every 8 weeks the routine changes to keep you challenged.  No co-ordination required!

Chair-Fit

A class for older people (60+) that uses resistance bands to improve functional strength.  This class is mostly seated, but also includes some balance challenges and standing strength work.

Combat

A fast paced cardio class using combinations of punches and kicks to work you to the max.

Step

Using a step to add to the challenge, this class uses a variety of different styles to give you a tough workout.  A new routine starts every month, and harder options offered for more advanced steppers.

Strength and Balance

A programme of exercises for older people using weights and standing work to increase lower body strength and improve balance.  The class finishes with optional upper body work using resistance bands.
