Pilates for Runners
This is a challenging and dynamic class specific to the needs of endurance runners. Based on core Pilates exercises with additional progressions to focus on hip, knee and ankle stability and lower body flexibility. No Pilates experience needed, but this class assumes a good level of physical fitness before taking part.

Step
Using a step to add to the challenge, this class uses a variety of different styles to give you a tough workout. A new routine usually starts every month, and in the advanced class, choreography usually changes weekly to keep you on your toes.
